We'd recommend working with Bryan to anyone. We did our research beforehand on different model levels, pricing and even pricing on extended warranties. That helped us and Bryan not take up each other's time trying to decide things and took much of the 'mystery' out of the car shopping and buying process. We were a little surprised after we had completed the terms of the purchase that we were visited in quick succession with someone suggesting vehicle accessories we might be interested in (we purchased a 3M film hood & fender protection), then someone pointing out vehicle service agreements (we already had a price quote from another Toyota dealership) and then the finance office where we experienced the only bit of sales pressure concerning a flat tire/ding removal warranty that was pushed pretty hard at us. We didn't purchase that. That pressure in the finance office is the only reason we didn't rate our experience 5 stars. Again, Bryan Schultz took excellent care of us. More

Easiest decision yet! I called Darin a few days ago and told him exactly what I wanted and how much money I had for a down payment. No surprises!. I had two other priorities...4 wheel drive and a GPS. Three days later, I am driving my dream car. I love this Rav4. They keep improving the Rav all the time. Phenomenal!! My husband and i were around the corner at a used dealership but we were not impressed with the service nor the car options they had. They tried to forced a car we didn't want so we left and drove down the block to Toyota not even thinking that we will leave the night with a fairly new truck because of our credit history. But sure ebough, Aminah came out stepped up and lead us to our new/used truck. Although it took a couple of hours, it was a success. I loved that everyone chipped in and helped the deal work out. To find out the next day, my apr was dropped a couple of points! Win win. I would say, Aminah and the folks at Inver grover Toyota went Above and beyond- had courtesy customer service- And Gave the best respect without considering our credit rating, background or presentation.
