I needed a used car, did all of my research and found the year/make/model for a car on my list. It was priced higher than a similar car at another dealership and when I called the dealership, Jim didn't hesitate to match the price even though it had slightly fewer miles and a few more trim options. The test drive went well and Jim was very knowledgeable about the car even though it wasn't a Toyota. Inver Grove Toyota was even able to secure financing at a rate that was about a quarter of a percent lower than my bank and half a percent lower than a competing dealership. IMO, buying a used car is not a fun time but if you do your research and have someone like Jim Hayes at Inver Grove Toyota to work with then it's a very satisfying experience. I couldn't be more pleased with my "new" used car! More
