I wont be back due to this man and the phone call I had with him. @Sandy wanted me to speak with him about the experience, and I regret doing this, as it only got me more fired up, especially when he wouldn't listen and then just hung up the phone. I bought my car from IGH Toyota a few years ago, but I will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future.
