Excellent, timely service. Very fine and efficient service. Everyone knew their role in the servicing of my 2015 Toyota Corolla, and I was granted every courtesy. I especially appreciated the complimentary 18-point service check and the car wash. The only improvement I would suggest is that Inver Grover Toyota provide verbal information as to whether and what additional servicing might be needed in view of the mileage of my vehicle. I did ask such a question but received no response from the service technician of whom I had asked the question. This occurred around 2 p.m. on Friday, January 4, 2019. I want to make sure that, as long as my car was being serviced (due to a manufacturer's recall to update the software for the CVT), any recommendations regarding futher needed service at 50,000 miles would be provided. More

Spot-on & trustworthy! I brought my 4Runner in for a oil change/rotation. I also requested a serpentine belt change. Even though the tech said the belt looked just fine th I brought my 4Runner in for a oil change/rotation. I also requested a serpentine belt change. Even though the tech said the belt looked just fine they did what I asked and they replaced it anyways. (I have over 125,000 miles and don't want a belt failing on me- I'm a big fan of preventative maintenance!) I also had a very strange annoying rattle that has been going on for months. I couldn't locate the cause so I just asked if they had time to take a look. Their tech quickly identified the issue and repaired a couple loose clips. Annoying noise solved! Very impressed- great service along with honesty and a fair price at a dealership?!!! YES!!! More
