IG Toyota took great care of me. I scheduled a oil change because with a 4 month old it's tough to find time. I installed a set of shocks prior to my visit and heard a clunking sound I scheduled a oil change because with a 4 month old it's tough to find time. I installed a set of shocks prior to my visit and heard a clunking sound while driving. When I arrived I let Jake know that and he was on it. Scheduled an alignment with a specialist since there wad now a lift on the truck. He even arranged a Rav 4 as my loaner so I would have more room for my carseat. Only charged me 1/2 of labor to torque down the cam bolts which were loose. Great experience. More
