Excellent as always I bought my 2016 Prius at Inver Grove Toyota and take it there for service. The people there are consistently honest, friendly, and reliable. Recently I stopped by in the evening to drop off my car for an appointment early the following day. They told me they could fit me in right away and did the 10,000 service in about an hour, with a car wash. Great customer service. More

Service Center - Steve is the best I can not say enough great stuff about the team here. I am having to make a difficult trip to bury my 14 year old nephew and am stressed and probably I can not say enough great stuff about the team here. I am having to make a difficult trip to bury my 14 year old nephew and am stressed and probably was not the friendliest person to deal with (may have used a few bad words as a matter of fact). I wanted my 2012 Rav 4 looked at (last minute)-not only did the get me n right away for my oil change and check out my A/C they replaced a couple things that they suggested and to top it all off - Steve (service manager) gave me quite the deal. I am ususally not a mean person to customer service people as dealing with the public is not easy. So I felt quite remorseful and did apologize but when he told me what he was doing for me I started to cry. What an awesome experience and they will for sure will have my loyalty and business. Great group of people. More
