I recently went shopping for a new Acura MDX. I purchased my current MDX from Prime Acura 3 years ago. I was very pleased with the past sales person Fadia who assisted me with my new MDX. Over the past 3 years i have used the Prime Service department. Always very professional and courteous. Never a problem, and always provided me with a new loaner car when needed. This time I was very fortunate to be greeted by the General Manager, Mr Jay Dapolito. He made me feel like i was family. Showed me all the new features of the MDX. The price was very competitive. I was surprised the wonderful deal he offered me on a trade in. Not only do i plan on purchasing the car this week, but any of my friends looking for a new car i will refer to Prime Acura and especially Mr Dapolito and his sales staff. More

Warren took care of everything and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. He impressed me as a person who prides himself on achieving customer satisfaction and representing the dealership better than any other salesman. I would recommend Warren to anyone interested in buying an Acura and will only deal with him in the future. I could not be happier with Prime Acura. The Acura dealer in Walpole was my second choice only because they were not as close geographically to my home. Upon my first meeting I knew there was a real difference with this dealership. Both Ellen and Dennis convinced me that I would have a dfferent buying experience. They were right. I was dealt with fairly on my trade and everything that was said was delivered. They found a car that know one else could, the three other dealers I delt with were not able to locate the vechicle I wanted; they suggested I go for a higher option level. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted, Ellen found it in Connecticut and had it the next day. In closing I would recommend this dealershiop and these salespeople to anyone. More
