They have always been very helpful, researching alternatives to save me money I've been bringing my car to Prime Ford since I bought it there on 2005. They have always been very helpful, researching alternatives to save me money, and very focused on happiness of the customer. They have at times pointed me to eBay to purchase replacement parts (like seat belt or center console) and installed them for me instead of ordering new from the factory for a LOT more money. I feel valued as a customer. More
