My Lexus 250 UXH was brought in for six-month service. My appointment was at 10:45 AM. I waited for my vehicle and was kept apprised of the progress of the service, which took 2 hours. My service was completed and my vehicle returned to me serviced, washed and cleaned inside and out before 2 PM. I was very satisfied with the service I received at IRA Lexus of Danvers! More
This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Ira Lexus. Mark Gordon, was our salesperson both times, first time in 2015 and 2024. I found that to be amazing! I was lucky to have called, and then met with Andrius at Danvers Lexus. Prior to dealing with him I had contact with 3 other dealerships. They all said “we’ll add you to our list of customers waiting for a Danvers Lexus. Prior to dealing with him I had contact with 3 other dealerships. They all said “we’ll add you to our list of customers waiting for a GX”. And I never heard from any of them again. After meeting with Andrius, he informed me that they weren’t doing a list. He made note of what I wanted, knew I was a serious buyer and said he would work really hard to get me what I wanted as quickly as he could. He then proceeded to keep me fully informed every week, letting me know what was trickling in and seeing if any sounded good to me, gaging for what I might compromise on. And that’s what I really liked about him. He was out there fighting to find me the car that would make me happy (he didn’t just “add me to a list” and then forget about me). Gabe in the office was also great. He talked me through the final purchase once the car arrived. It was a pleasant experience dealing with both of them and I will definitely come back to Lexus Danvers for cars in the future. More
