I went to IRA Lexus for the 35k maintenance on my NX300. Mark McLean was my service representative. He was very communicative throughout the visit. He came out to the waiting room to talk to me about sugges Mark McLean was my service representative. He was very communicative throughout the visit. He came out to the waiting room to talk to me about suggested work (AC maintenance) and to get my approval. He was not pushy, which I appreciated. They gave me the option of taking a loaner but I chose to wait in the lounge. Typically the visits are less than 2 hours if you book early morning, so it’s easier to wait there. The lounge is stocked with snacks and drinks. There are charging stations that make it easy to work while you wait. They also have a couple of TVs. They wash the exterior and vacuum the interior of the car on every visit. It’s a QUICK wash and vacuum, so don’t expect anything close to a detail! More
