Every time I make an appointment to have my car serviced I have to wait. Today it was a total of 50 minutes just to have them log in my car for service while I waited for Laurie Beauchemin. There were several other people that could have helped but instead they chose to make customers wait. Why should I wait that long just to log in my car when I already had an appointment? It is like this each and every time. Additionally there was another couple that requested a loaner and drove all the way from Dover to be told sorry we have no loaners and you need to reschedule or wait for your car for what I assume is like 3 hours after the hour it takes just to check a car in. I had maintenance service on my RX350 today and things were a little hectic and some delay experienced and it’s because the dealership is undergoing exterior building construction required by Lexus which were a little hectic and some delay experienced and it’s because the dealership is undergoing exterior building construction required by Lexus which has resulted in one of the two service bay lanes is closed due to construction equipment. Thus customers who are complaining should take that into account rather than condemning the dealer. I have been a multiple Lexus vehicle owner over the years with this dealership and have had excellent service there. Laurie Beauchemin is an outstanding service advisor and is a joy to do business with. In fact if this dealership ever lost her service that would mean the end of my business. Likewise the Lexus greeters Barry and Kevin are the best first impression when arriving for service as they are extremely friendly and most helpful getting you set up for the service advisor. Frankly I consider those who I have commented on like family when visiting the dealership. Not to be overlooked is the service technicians who perform flawlessly and professionally. My experience at Ira Lexus of Manchester was more than subpar. I had made an appointment on May 2nd, 2022 for my 2013 Lexus RX 350 to get an oil change and inspection. I was connected with Laurie Beauchem subpar. I had made an appointment on May 2nd, 2022 for my 2013 Lexus RX 350 to get an oil change and inspection. I was connected with Laurie Beauchemin as my service representative and was treated with disrespect from the beginning. When I was brought into her office she maintained a conversation with another staff member regarding their pizza they had for lunch and that the leftovers sitting out on the chair that they could take. Clearly my presence sitting across from her was not important. When I informed her of what service I was looking for and had budgeted she said asked what year my car was and informed me that it wouldn’t pass inspection. No examination and she didn’t even pull up the service file regarding the vehicle. She said it would need new tires and I informed her if she looked at the vehicle history report from its last maintenance in February the tire tread wear was very good and it was documented. After determining that no matter what she would not let my car pass inspection I elected to just get an oil change. At this point she began trying to sell me belt replacements and a fluid change for coolant. I explained that today my budget could not allow that and I could only do the oil change. After she continued to push services I simply was not going to have done I informed her that I would not be able to have any services done because of the disrespect and mistreatment I received. It is a shame a “luxury” dealership has a staff member that performs this way. My family has multiple lexus vehicles and I have informed them of the disservice I received and to choose elsewhere to save themselves the judgement from Laurie Beauchemin. No longer will my 2013 Lexus RX350 or my 2021 Lexus RX 450H be serviced here. I am appalled and I hope that this information saves you from the experience I went through More

I am a 4-time Lexus owner, two from this dealership. I will never set foot in this dealership again. The back and forth between sales, manager, and finance was interminable. The expectation that I would will never set foot in this dealership again. The back and forth between sales, manager, and finance was interminable. The expectation that I would turn in my car in advance of my new car coming in, without a guaranteed date of delivery was absurd. They made it sound like I was getting a great deal, and the deal was breaking their back. These folks are rude and do not value the customer's time. I got more for my trade in, more in discounts, more of what I wanted elsewhere - in less time, with nicer people. DO NOT GO to Ira Lexus in Manchester unless of course, you like being ripped off and treated like you are either stupid or not a serious customer. More

Ten days after buying my used vehicle I heard a loud squealing noise. I also noticed damage that I hadn’t previously seen. All was fixed free of charge with no hassles.
