Scheduled an oil change for 11:00AM- took over an hour and a half to finish. Initially, walking into the service area the staff didn’t bother to look up. Waited several minutes to be acknowledged and chec and a half to finish. Initially, walking into the service area the staff didn’t bother to look up. Typical dealership up-selling of additional automotive services (only brought the vehicle into the dealership because of an oil change promotion). Service staff had/used the wrong phone number and had to “update it” to send a “video walk around” before paying. Positive experiences with dealership service department in the past, but won’t be returning anytime soon. More
