Bought a new Legacy, at the time of sale the salesman told us (without being asked) that they were offering 5 free oil changes with the purchase. When we called to make appointment for the first one the told us (without being asked) that they were offering 5 free oil changes with the purchase. When we called to make appointment for the first one they told us we needed the paperwork stating that. They never put it on the paperwork. Make sure you make them put everything in writing the salesman says! Just bought another new Subaru (Outback) from Auto fair Subaru and no problems at all with what they told us. Much better experience. More

I encountered a major issue getting a vehicle registered after purchasing from Ira. Sales and finance were outstanding to deal with. Service team was not great. The original internal advisor (Ally) was not helpful (repeated unreturned calls) and someone in service that answered m Service team was not great. The original internal advisor (Ally) was not helpful (repeated unreturned calls) and someone in service that answered my call and basically did not have any interest in helping me-continually said that I was not scheduled though I had a text and email confirming my appt. She sounded like she could have cared less. Thank goodness for Sharon who then answered my call, had information, and was able to find my appt. She also helped me to schedule a sooner one. Alyssa (Internal Advisor) who took on my case and returned my call within 15 min. She was able to and schedule me right away for service. They were wonderful. More
