Visiting this dealership in Danvers has always been a pleasant experience, from sale to service! Every person there is kind and courteous and makes me feel at home. Their waiting area is very comfortable w two TVs and cushy chairs. I enjoy the free coffee, sodas and snacks and they’re well stocked. The bathroom is spotlessly clean! This was a great experience! I was treated with respect by Chris the sales women & Jean-Pierre the Finance manager. My previous experience 7 yrs ago at IRA Toyata was horrible I was treated with respect by Chris the sales women & Jean-Pierre the Finance manager.
