Pushy staff with "buy now or it's going to sell! " tactics. They lied about the car I was coming in to see. I don't think it existed and they immediately made a big show of the car being bought that " tactics. They lied about the car I was coming in to see. Then in negotiations, they would agree to the price verbally but then make it a higher number on paper as if I wouldn't notice. More
