Oil sprayed all over the engine bay and had I not noticed, the engine would've seized. I brought the car back explained what happened and they charged me for another oil change AND actually charged me for the oil cap which THEY lost. The service department is a mess here. I had a pleasant and quick process with sales so I decided to go back to have the car serviced. That was a mistake. My second experience was just as awful! Upon pulling into the bay I was told rudely to sit in my car and wait to be helped. The person in front of me was told the same thing and screamed at when she got out of her car. Learn customer service pleasantries, it's not that hard IRA!! More

Cordial non-aggressive customer service I thought that "customer first" was of the past.!That is not the case with George Valvanis of Ira Subaru. We just purchased an Impreza and felt so goo I thought that "customer first" was of the past.!That is not the case with George Valvanis of Ira Subaru. We just purchased an Impreza and felt so good about it because of the way we were treated. George was not pushy, was helpful and actually made us feel very much at ease. After a sale sometimes the people forget you however I feel confident that if there was an issue George would help us navigate through the fix. I cannot comment on the service department however if the front line represents the organization I am sure they will be equals. Even though we purchased another vehicle 12 months prior we Scheduled a test drive and the car had no gas. Drove to a gas station and their credit card was refused. The salesperson and the manager got into a disagreement and the manager tried to blame the salesperson and me. After this there was a cursory apology and a totally dismissive attitude. The male manager clearly had an issue with the two incompetent females. The whole episode was sexist and demeaning. Wrote an email to the General Sales Manager over two weeks ago and have received no response at all. Clearly the dealership cares nothing about customer service and doesn't put any value on repeat business. The treatment we received was totally different than our purchase one year ago. We will not be going back and will never recommend this dealership. The Subaru car is great and there are a lot of other places to purchase one. More

Then the "I never said that", from management, who clearly had and in front of others, made these statements. The attitude of buy it or else! With temporary help preparing paper work, so it had to be done an re-done several time, each requiring very careful review! And CORRECTION. Will hope to Never do business with an Ira facility again. Seeking other honest, professional Subaru dealers for on going service, as needed. More

Unresponsive Customer Service I had a great experience during the original buying experience. The salesperson was straight-forward, friendly, and simplified the process. I put down a deposit and was told that the title would be available in the next few days (within the week) at which point I could pick up my car. Over a week later, I still had not heard any update so I called and was told that they did not know why the title was not in and they did not know when it would be. Two weeks after making my deposit, I called several times leaving messages with various employees (management, sales, finance, etc.). I got no responses. The next day I left more messages, only one of which was returned. I was told that the title was being held at the bank and that this was known from the beginning (at the time of my deposit). Also, it was estimated that it would be another two weeks before I would be able to pick up my car. I was told to think over my options and call back. Since then, I have called back every day for several days leaving messages and have yet to receive any response. It has been over two weeks and I am incredibly frustrated with the service I am receiving. At the very least, I would expect a loaner car to be made available to me since it appears I will be without a car for a month or so. More

Lest I become more aggrivated by reliving this experience I will say that I spent over 4 hour initially trying to complete the lease of a new vehicle and needed to return to complete the transaction. Upon retrun I found they had sold the car I purchased to someone else after I had purchased it. It took another 4 hours to resolve that issue. I returned for teh sticker and application of teh already purchased resistant protection and have now spent close to 5 hours waiting on the service department to complete the work on a prescheduled appointment. I spent well over 12 hours in a week at this dealership and dont plan to ever return. This reflects both the sales and service aspect of More
