Set a timeline of when I had to get out of there for a meeting and the Service Rep understood and beat that time! I have used IRA sales and service for my current vehicle and previous two cars -Toyotas and currently a Subaru. The service department does a really good job. I have only had routine things done, but ever and previous two cars -Toyotas and currently a Subaru. The service department does a really good job. I have only had routine things done, but everyone is professional and the waiting areas are nice. Every place is expensive but I'd rather have people work on my vehicles that know them than people who work on all different types of vehicles. More
