I went to Subaru Service for the 30K tune up and once again it was a nice experience and not even that expensive. Nadge and Matthew were the tech support professionals and they were awesome. Sammy is th again it was a nice experience and not even that expensive. Nadge and Matthew were the tech support professionals and they were awesome. Sammy is the driver and if you go here, make sure you have Sammy give you a ride if you are not going to wait at the dealership while your car is being serviced. More

It was a decent experience, I thought the vehicles they had available were listed at fair prices. Communication was not great. I was told I'd be able to leave with new vehicle that day, but didn't tell me had available were listed at fair prices. Communication was not great. I was told I'd be able to leave with new vehicle that day, but didn't tell me until making an agreement that they didn't have the title in hand. I had to make a follow up appointment a week in advance to finish with finances and take the car home. When everything had been completed with financial, I had to transfer items from my previous vehicle to the new one and during that time, the salesperson who I had been working with took off, saying he would be back in a few minutes. I found him sitting at his desk with another customer a half hour later after standing out in the rain waiting for him to come back. As mentioned before, communication has not been great. I have had some questions about the vehicle after making the purchase which I have had trouble getting responses back, showing minimal effort. It has been frustrating, but we have the vehicle now. More
