If you schedule online the waiting time might be more than what it says online so better to drop your car off than wait for it depending on what work you're having done. But still I was able to drop it off about 10 and it was ready by 1:30 so really not super long. Overall I would recommend them to others. More

The negotiation process was not nearly as stressful as some that I have been a part of, and the end result and financing portion was so simple, few signatures, no hassle on add one, just a yes or no and move on.
