Just bought a new Avalon - Our second purchase from Berto. 2 years ago my brother in CT was looking for a new Hybrid Camry. I never met him in the process because I was out of town when it was delivered to CT. It was the first time any of us had been thoroughly pleased with a car purchase. This week it was my turn. I looked all over the East Coast for an Avalon and found a model of the car with a great price in Maryland. I called Berto told him what I had found and what I was looking for and he went to work for me. He called me with 3 options and his pricing with the trade in was right on the number. This was a big purchase and with all of my questions he either had or found the answers right away. I drove up to see the dealership and meet Berto. He was professional and had everything ready to go. I have bought many cars over the years and I have liked either the dealership or the salesperson but not both until now. This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Berto was by far the best salesperson I have worked with and I did not have to spend any time going back and forth with managers on pricing.
