The entire sales process was so positive and Ramzi always makes us feel like part of the Prime Toyota family. He goes above and beyond the expected. He always makes sure you're happy with everything. It's a nice touch when he avails himself thru his personal cell phone & email on his days off, now that's excellence. He even takes pictures of the new car owners & sends them prints...so sweet. Found the used car I was looking for in a lower mileage and price than I expected. Jeff worked hard to get us setup in our car and has followed up with further contact and assistance. If I had to complain, I would say that the paperwork did take a long time to process as we did wait a bit (being a very busy Saturday, it is understandable). More

mr.spencer took his time with myself and my daughter - who I had brought to prime to possibly lease a car. Shaun took us on at least 4-5 test drives. He was very knowledgable about toyotas it all helped in making our decision going with the new corolla. I think shaun is an excellent customer service person and salesman. Prime is the king of false advertising and promoting their $1000 guarentee. This guarentee means nothing. I provided all the information on a better deal and they danced around it.
