No issues with dealer; however, salesman Matthew Fecteau was a big disappointment and for that reason, I have to give it a poor review (as he represents them). I looked at 2022 GR86 there, lower of two trim was a big disappointment and for that reason, I have to give it a poor review (as he represents them). I looked at 2022 GR86 there, lower of two trims and an automatic and took it for a road test being up front that I was looking for the manual and the premium trim - not the one they had - an automatic and base trim but needed to at least see if a car would consider and if so, I would consider ordering from them. When I reiterated this to Matt Fecteau he tried to do a hard sell on the one in stock they had and went on to suggest they could knock off $2,500 for this one or put in leather seats, upgraded stereo and even a sunroof - which higher trim does not even come with a sunroof, if I was willing to get it "we do this all of the time" - bought many cars and the idea of a dealer doing this made little to no sense to me and was puzzled that he would say this. I said all set, I will wait for the one I want and asked if I ordered one would they be able to knock off the same kind of money. He said should not be an issue "we are business as usual and selling the same as we were prior to Covid." Another comment that I found puzzling. I said I was shocked that they were reducing prices so dramatically during the current market but let me get back to him as I had a couple other cars that I am considering. I called back to see if they could order one and got Matt's voicemail and noted I would be interested and also interested in getting the discount he noted. He never called me back after a couple of days. I called again and this time spoke to Norm (super nice). I never told him about Matt's comments regarding suggesting of sunroof and things like that as a moot point as not interested in that vehicle but did ask him if what Matt said was true - could they knock off $2,500 or so on an ordered one like Matt suggested. He came back and said no. Selling at MSRP. He then added after I told him a competing Subaru dealer was willing to knock off a nominal amount below MSRP if I got the BRZ that they too would do that (which was more than fair considering the current market) but currently not open for orders. I then called back a week or so later and decided to let Matt know I was very disappointed with his misrepresentations especially the ridiculous ones by him suggesting they could change up so many things on their built in stock car to include leather seats, upgraded stereo, and sunroof (a feature not even available) and it was so over the top, that it was insulting and it clearly came across like a lie and for no real purpose other to lie and that I would appreciate a call back from him on this to apologize or otherwise explain this representation and if not, I planned to leave him a bad review as he was not a good person to deal with. He chose to not call me back so now I am leaving this review as he is a lousy salesman and does not represent his company well. If he truly has been there 6 plus years as he claimed, he clearly has created some bad habits. More

I requested the a/c coolant be changed and my oil changed when I brought the car in. When the bill was presented , I had been charged for an additional engine coolant change that I had not requested and di when I brought the car in. There was no work order presented to me to sign authorizing service on my car. I will not leave my car there for service in the future without reviewing and signing a work order. Perhaps I should be looking for another dealership where work order authorization is standard procedure. More

If you are looking for someone who is going to be honest and upfront with you throughout the entire process Berto is the guy. I have a 2018 Highlander Limited with 24,500 miles and my radio stopped working. I brought it in and was told it would cost me $80 to remove my radio which was no big deal. After waiting 3 hours I was told radio stopped working. I brought it in and was told it would cost me $80 to remove my radio which was no big deal. After waiting 3 hours I was told that the "lead" mechanic went above and beyond and took my radio out and put in one from another Highlander and it worked so I need a new radio. Now comes the good part......I was given a quote of $6268.26....Really???? Who on earth would pay that amount for a radio. I have NEVER known anyone to have their radio die so obviously mine was defective. In my mind this is considered consumer fraud and I will be taking it to the next level. Donna More
