Aaron greeted me by name, discussed what was needed, asked the right questions (IMHO), and wrote up the service, A little over an hour later service was completed. Typically takes an hour for just an alignment at most shops. I have been dealing with Aaron and his counterparts for over three years now - always a pleasant experience and they know what they are doing - Polite, professional and knowledgeable. I am a retired engineer, somewhat of a perfectionist, and am used to doing my own work over the years. Its nice to have found a service dept that can thoughtfully answer my questions and meets my criteria. for proper maintenance. More

It was found that the tail light was inoperative, the replacement was discussed with me and was done promptly. I was in and out with my inspection sticker in under an hour. And, my car was washed. I bought my Prius at Prime in 2009 and am very happy with it and with the service it has received over the years. More

Another poor service at Prime Recently had 20 k service on my Tacoma. Gave advisor a coupon towards it. Advisor said filling in for another advisor (April). After waiting 3 hours, Recently had 20 k service on my Tacoma. Gave advisor a coupon towards it. Advisor said filling in for another advisor (April). After waiting 3 hours, I asked advisor what's going on with my truck? She had forgotten me and looked on computer then she went to other advisors office and found my paperwork that vehicle service was completed. Made me wait another 10 - 15 minutes then offered to take $25 off my bill. Told her wanted to speak to service manager due to on going problems( Oct. 2018 oil plug not tightened, oil leaked out on new driveway just had sealed. Then when car carrier sent to pick up my truck, carrier damaged my driveway. Was reimbursed.) Service manager not in, Customer. service manager was embaressed and did not charge me for service. Original rep. did NOT take coupon off my bill and did NOT receive multi-point inspection form.Told her and others that Prime has gone downhill since Ira Rosenberg retired! Also had problems with Prime Honda! VERY POOR SERVICE! More

This is our second Highlander since 2007 from Prime Toyota. Berto’s friend and competitor, Corey Creteau from Patriot Subaru recommended Berto, since we decided not to buy a Subaru. This is nice that competitors can work together. I am sure that this will be reciprocated. More
