That’s really upsetting—especially when it messes with something as important as a medical appointment. From arrival through to departure the service is always great! I appreciate the additional communication methods that occurred during my appointment that included a video of my vehicle inspection and a rep great! My only complaint is the 3- hour wait. It’s an oil/filter change w/tire rotation… with an 8:20am appointment time, so it’s not like they were backup with previous appointments. I’m not positive but I think they may have washed my car for me because it seemed a little bit cleaner?? If yes, then I’d like to say thanks!! When leaving, I noticed my tire pressure light was on, so immediately I went back inside to inquire why - they immediately took it back in, addressed the issue and I was outta there 10 min later. Overall, from setting up appointment, checking in, wait time, quality of service and request fulfillment. Best part of all… I had a $9.99 coupon so my total was $10.56!!! So heck yeah!! I was happy!!! I give them a 4.5 STARS ⭐️ rating! More

Minor service today required four hours waiting time and this was a scheduled appointment. I thought 2 hours max when I drove in.
