Wow!!!! My wife and I were inquiring about new Toyota Grand Highlanders. When we entered the showroom, we were greeted by the General Manager, James Calihan. Such a positive, no pressure, laid back greeting! James sat down with us immediately and answered all of our questions. We decided to check out 4 possible models. Simultaneously, our car was being checked out for trade in value. Great multitasking and use of valuable time. Sometimes, the best you can expect is to be treated like family. We felt like we were treated like royalty! There is a reason James Calihan is the general manager. The next person we met was Scott Vachon. Scott showed us the 4 models. Product knowledge was over the top. Scott demonstrated every feature. Our test drive was amazing! It gave us plenty of time to experience the comfortable ride and many features. Great response and power! My wife and I had a small private chat and decided to buy the Grand Highlander Platinum Edition. The process was seamless. We also bought the extended warranty, and the tire and wheel policy as well because those rims and tires are expensive to replace. We could not be happier! Thank you all at Parkway Toyota! We had a smooth and easy car-purchasing experience here, starting with Raj who helped us with reserving the car with the options we wanted and getting a good deal, then Rommell when the car arrived (Raj was out). No high pressure tactics or pushing unwanted options. Communication was good over text and phone. It was a nice and painless car-buying experience!

I do not write reviews often but my recent experience buying my family grad highlander was 10 star service! from my sales person Gavin who was very nice to work with very knowledgeable and patient. we have bought here before but this time felt smooth and relaxed, No pressure. Then came the Finance department ! Usually thing IMO if there is any stress or pressure this is where i expect it. Ryan Campbell was extremely educated in his profession. Genuine ,Smooth, great explanations of my factory benefits and all the "extra's". We usually do not buy Warranty's etc. , but they way it was explained, presented and we added a few warranty's. Thank you for assisting us with that process Ryan, without your patients, knowledge and most importantly your transparency is what mad my wife make me write this review lol. We will Faithful Woburn Toyota buyers. See you in a few years Gavin, Ryan and the entire team!

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
