We have bought 5 or 6 Toyotas at the IRA dealership and have taken these cars back for periodic maintenance. We have been very happy with the the cars and the service. They took me in without an appointment. It was longer than i had planned for but they gave me a $25 coupon. The snack bar was great, the charging station was convenient. At 2:45pm on a Friday of a 3 day weekend I called the service dept to see how soon I could get my 8 year old 12v battery replaced (I had gotten stuck and had to have the car jumped to start). They gave me a 3:20pm appointment and took the car right in when I got there. The check-in was smooth, they kept me updated via text what was happening. The time flew by as I watched the US Open tennis match in the waiting room. In addition to the battery they did a 59 point check up (all was good). When it was done I paid and drove off. Easy! More
