I had been a long standing customer of IRA going back to 1990 when I purchased one of the first Toyota Lexus 400 vehicles. I serviced that car at IRA for every check-up, and as a result, it lasted for over 15 years (270K miles). My parents are both customers of IRA, and I have instructed my daughter and son to make sure they take their new cars into IRA for every servicing. Because, the sales person "Ricky Arora" negotiate to get to a "win-win" with the customer, so it's not customer care at any price. In addition, the auto prep and service support has been awesome! This dealer is DEFINITELY worth checking out if a Toyota is a consideration (and if it's not, it should be because it's such an exceptional automobile)!
