Making an appointment online was quick and easy. I was 30 minutes late to my appointment and everyone greeted me with smiles. I was finally getting work done that was deemed urgent 4 months prior. My car was making a horrible noise as it entered the bay doors. Steve, my service provider made me feel welcome and gave accurate time and money estimates. Instead of car shaming me for being neglectful with car maintenance, Steve assured me I was getting it done and the car was in pretty good shape! Also the Lyft rides to and from are an amazing perk. I have been and always will be a loyal customer for this dealer! More
I was very disappointed in the service here. I went in for a windshield wiper issue, a maintenance, and a state inspection. The first two went smoothly, but the inspection was like pulling teet I went in for a windshield wiper issue, a maintenance, and a state inspection. The first two went smoothly, but the inspection was like pulling teeth. I waited 2 hours and received a text saying the car passed inspection and my advisor would notify me when my car was ready for pickup. I ended up waiting another hour only to find out my car did NOT pass due to a fog light being out; turns out this went unnoticed until the inspection was finished and the text was sent out. By this time it was past 4:00 on a Saturday and it was too late for them to change the bulb and finish inspection. I made a follow-up appointment for the following Monday (today) to finish the job. At the time I made the appointment, I was told it would be about 1.5 hours. When I showed up for the appointment, I was told about 2 hours. It was 3 hours by the time I had finally been notified my car was ready… for a simple fog light change and inspection. In what world is this acceptable? More
Had the worst service experience had appointment for oil change at 720 am didn’t get out till 1030 it wouldn’t have been that bad but I got a text about the needs of my car at 830 so I declined any other ma change at 720 am didn’t get out till 1030 it wouldn’t have been that bad but I got a text about the needs of my car at 830 so I declined any other maintenance at this time so why did it take an extra 2 hours to get my car back????! More
