I’ve taken my 2015 RAV4 Limited to Ira Toyota. I only have 69000 miles. This was the first time I walked away feeling i was just a number the service guy did not explain the issues that needed fi I only have 69000 miles. Some I will have done elsewhere. Also he actually called me on my cell while I was in the waiting room. He knew I was there. My service associate is usually Alex Pendleton. I did request him but I got there early and he was not available so I got another. More
I have a 2021 Toyota Corolla. I went out yesterday morning and found my right rear tire was completely flat. I called Ira Toyota (which is directly across the street from my resid I went out yesterday morning and found my right rear tire was completely flat. I called Ira Toyota (which is directly across the street from my residence). David in the Service Department answered the phone and told me to bring it across the street immediately if it had enough air in it to do so. The tire had to be replaced. This was done in a most accommodating, efficient manner. I was most pleased with the proficient service afforded me in a time of crisis. More

Took over 5 hours to get towed to the dealership so that service was the worst. Once there the service provided by Ira Toyota was top notch. Diagnosing a problem can take time and mine took time to figure o service was the worst. Once there the service provided by Ira Toyota was top notch. Diagnosing a problem can take time and mine took time to figure out so a loaner was provided. The advisor kept me updated throughout and later that day called to let me know the car was ready. Picked up the car the next day good as new. More
