Unable to see the inside of a car without a test drive Stopped by in the fall after visiting Subaru, Volkswagen, Hyundai and Nissan to view/compare the inside of the Highlander to it's competition. We were Stopped by in the fall after visiting Subaru, Volkswagen, Hyundai and Nissan to view/compare the inside of the Highlander to it's competition. We were instantly greeted by a salesperson who was walking toward our car as we parked. We told her we were interested in seeing the inside of a Highlander, no need to test drive yet just wanted to see if the space is fitting for our family. After following her inside we were not brought to a vehicle, but rather her desk where she had training papers out. We were then asked many questions about our finances, current car payments, etc even though we continued to tell her we were not comfortable talking about it and not interested in prices or payments. After continuing to ask to see the inside of a car, she took my license and left for more than 5 minutes. We were running short on time with a babysitter at home with our children. When she finally returned she told us that we could go out to see the Highlanders, but that they were locked and she could not get the keys. We were told we could go look in the windows and then if we want to drive one she will get a key. We again told her that we were not interested in driving one, just wanted to look around at the inside. She apologized and told us that the cars were locked, she could not open them. We then left and called and left a message for management letting them know of this strange and aggravating experience.. We were quickly returned a few phone calls from upper management with many apologies which we appreciated. I continued to get weekly calls from the original sales girl leaving me voicemails to see if I still wanted to come see the Highlander so I'm not sure if any of our complaints were even brought to her. A couple of weeks after the initial visit, I received yet another phone call from Ira Toyota with someone confirming an upcoming appointment with this original sales girl! I was pretty appalled. Now, more than 2 months after the initial visit I received mail with no return address (with business postage) with only a page ripped out of the newspaper with an article about a sale Toyota is having. No other information inside the envelope. Strange, creepy and the best I can guess is that it's from this Toyota because it's the only dealership that made us give our information to them as soon as we walked in the door. We decided to not pursue a Toyota and finally bought a new vehicle at a dealer that made us feel welcome and not pressured. More

I feel that he understood my needs in a vehicle and was extremely helpful in making me aware of options that fit both my personal and business requirements. Most importantly, I was not barraged by repeated calls and emails during my decision and search process My experience with the sales department for my first Toyota purchase was more comfortable than any of my previous 14 Ford dealer purchase experiences. I'll return to this dealer for future purchases, but being a Toyota I expect not so often. More

My 12 year old Corolla was still running great and looked brand new after being detailed but I decided to treat myself. The idea of buying a new car can be a daunting task, but with Blake Rickerson's enthusiasm, knowledge of the Toyota, and sense of humor, it made buying the car FUN. Not only did Blake listen but he heard me. There was a lot I was unsure of, but Blake patiently "drove" me through it. I sat in both an XLE and an LE ,contemplating which one best suited me. As Blake was explaining the differences, I decided to test drive a Corolla. Blake patiently got the keys and then started asking me questions about what I told him I was looking for. See I told you he heard me.I feel that when I walked out of the dealership to my new Rav 4, Blake was as excited FOR me as I was. You can always trust the Toyota name and Blake Rickerson to sell you your dream car. Blake Rickerson is part of the Toyota family and I feel I was treated like a family member. More

There's no BS with him and in a profession where sales associates will do anything for a sale, JC makes sure that you are comfortable with what you are getting and will be happy with it. I had done some preliminary car shopping a few months before and the difference b I have to say I was very impressed with my experience at Ira Toyota. I had done some preliminary car shopping a few months before and the difference between Ira and the others was huge. Aiman was as accommodating as could be when I met with him 8 months ago. He was open and honest, and was very professional. When the time came to pull the trigger and go buy a new car I specifically sought out Aiman at Ira Toyota. I walked in and he actually remembered who I was from 8 months ago, and I didn't call before I came so I was walking in out of the blue. His product knowledge was spot on, and he was a real pleasure to deal with when it came to actually buying the car. This was a special occasion for me as it was my first new car purchase, Aiman made me feel confident in my selection (2015 RAV4) and wasn't too salesy (huge turn off for me when I have someone trying to push a product on me). I look forward to buying my next car from him, and will be recommending him to my family and friends. If you're at Ira Toyota in Danvers do yourself a favor and ask for Aiman! More
Outstanding Salesperson!!! It was a Sunday night and IRA Toyota was closing. In the parking lot a salesperson was going to his car and stopped and asked if we needed help. He introduced himself as JC and offered to stay and help us. We told him we would come back. We came back on Veteran's Day. JC was helping us find a truck. I'm 50 years old and have purchased many cars including luxury and have never had a salesperson with so much knowledge and patience. JC had the answers to all our questions about a toyota. My mother owns a toyota and I took her to get her car serviced at IRA Toyota because of JC. While I was there JC stopped when he recognized me and remembered the name of my husband and our daughter Kelly. An exceptional employee and IRA is very lucky to have him. I would recommend JC to anyone thinking of purchasing a Toyota. More
