Ernst Jacques was super friendly, super helpful, and absolutely respectful of our budget and our brains. No high pressure, no obvious tactics, just going through the numbers with us, explaining things as we went, and with very little fuss, we left happy with our lease, our price, and our trade. The intention of this feedback is not to talk about this dealership in particular, but to make a long story short, I walked away driving the same old car and no commitment from either part!...
