Worst dealer I have ever seen. Not at all transparent and ripped me off. I checked the prices after I bought and the other dealers quoted 1000 to 1200 $ less than these guys. I went back and asked and they said they are going to add an accessory for me so iwas fine. But during delivery of the vehicle they cheated me and installed a local one instead of the original Toyota one. I was completely ripped off. I am new to this country and they made me a fool. I am planning to complain to Toyota and everyone I can about these guys. I will not leave these guys. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM these guys. You will be ripped off. More

The sales person is a dishonest misleading on a vehicle price and the manager is arrogant, dishonest and a liar. I will never go on the place again, not even for the service on the vehicle. If they become the only dealer in the Boston area I'll trade my car to a different brand.Go to Herb Chamber or Pride Motor Group, they respect you and best of all, you have 3 days to return your car. well let me say that when i was looking for my new Highlander. I went all over and the dealerships i went to could not meet my specifications! so my husband and i decided to go outside of boston regio Highlander. I went all over and the dealerships i went to could not meet my specifications! so my husband and i decided to go outside of boston region and on our way going to Ira Toyota at Danvers location, we decided to stop by the dealership, we were kind of in rush and the first sales associate that came up was "Ricky" we told him exactly what i wanted and within an hour of us leaving he called me back and gave us exactly what we wanted. it was an easy deal and i didnt have to waste my time like i did with other dealerships i got my within 2 days hassle-free..He just request little deposit over the phone for my committment. He is a great sales person, listens to our needs, situation and come over result. My rating for him and the dealership would be that if i had to get another car anytime soon or recommend a place it would be Ricky Arora only! no qestions asked. He earned our business for ever. My friend purchased a car from Ira a couple of months ago and referred me to the gentleman who sold him his car. This is the second time I stepped foot into Ira and walked away buying a car from another Toyota Dealer. They are just old school sleazy sales folks that think you're stupid.
