I knew what I wanted to buy when I first went to Ira. What I wanted was not in inventory so had to be ordered. Densy was very good at explaining options and features of a car that I couldn't see yet and drawing comparisons to another car that we test drove. I worked with Mike to order the car and he and Densy worked well together to see me through to delivery (where Densy took a lot of time to inspect the car and to answer questions). Pricing is what it is - you need to know the parameters going in (invoice, msrp, cost of options, etc.) and I thought the base quote I obtained was favorable. I think dealers can make a lot of money on accessories on the back end (warranties and add-ons), most of which I did not want. I may have paid a little more than bottom-line for the few that I accepted but never felt pressure and was free to negotiate price. Overall, a good experience and I heartily recommend Densy and Mike. They rip you off with "deals" for resistall (protection for apholstery and exterior). A fair fee for a car dealer to charge is around $350, even cheaper by a car detailer. The whole experience has changed my mind about what to expect when buying a vehicle. There are not a lot of these Base Model trucks around but Ira was able to deliver a truck before any other dealership at a price that no other dealership was able to beat. Ricky Arora was both friendly and professional, accommodating at every turn and on top of every detail. The Internet team responded more quickly than any other on-line dealership team. The Finance managers were helpful and professional and got me a better rate for financing than I was able to get anywhere else. And all this for a Base Model Tacoma. No pressure, no weird games, just a professional, service-oriented team. I highly recommend. More

Embarrassing to admit, but due to some surcharge points on my license, my prospective insurance options were bleak...I was going to have to cancel the deal because the numbers I was hearing from the insurance agents were off the charts high......My salesman went above and beyond, and introduced me to his own insurance agent, who was able to get me covered by a major carrier, at a rate significantly below any other option I had....He saved the deal!! I ended up at Ira Toyota in Danvers after having a bad experience at another Ira location. I cannot say enough about the Danvers location!
