My time is valuable and to return would hve been an inconvenience. This all made up for the extra wait for the car's delivery which was supposed to come in 7- 10 days but didn't arrive for 4 weeks. Anyway, Ricky made up for the wait by being so accomodating on the delivery day. I would not hesitate to buy from Ira again. Walter was Very helpful in the disposition of our trade in as well as the processing of the purchase we made. We were able to leave the same day with our puchase in a large part becouse he was very involv in as well as the processing of the purchase we made. No scratches. Due to the amount of time that we were at the delership, with my 6 year old grandson, there was plenty of time for things to have felt cumbersom. Walter, when he could see we were serious about the purchase imediately fired up the popcorn machine in the wating area, turned on the cartoons for my grandson ( and truth be told for me. I used to watch these same cartoons when I was his age !!!!!). He made sure we had refreshment in the way of popcorn and bottled water ( there was never a bottle with less than 1/4 full at our sides throughout the 6 1/2 hours from arriveng and finally leaving with the truck! ) After taking the truck home I realized that the front mats were missing. I called Walter and told him. He told me to see him about this when I come in to get the new inspection sticker on the truck. I did and he spoke with his manager about the problem. We then went to the parts department with an order form for new mats at no cost to me. My wife and I have purchased two new vehicles from Ira Toyota since 2002 and have always been happy with the treatment that we received on both occassions.
