I have been doing business with Ira Toyota for over 25 years because I have always felt that they have very good customer service. This time, I was looking to lease a Rav4. I told him what I was looking to do and he searched his inventory to get me just what I wanted.After reviewing the functions of each of the controls in the vehicle, we went out for a test drive. Test drive went great, discussing the terms of the deal went great. I was not pressured in any way. Ricky got me the price that I could afford for the vehicle and I was very grateful for that. I was throughly impressed with the fact that I walked into the dealership at 11:00 am and by 4:00 pm that day I was driving away in my new Rav4. I had a 720am appt on 8/10 to have 1. the recall done 2. 45,000 mile service 3. I noticed I also need to have my car inspected asked when it would be ready for me to pick up told apprx 4hrs by noon or 1 th 45,000 mile service 3. I noticed I also need to have my car inspected asked when it would be ready for me to pick up told apprx 4hrs by noon or 1 the latest My husband called at 1 to be told it was not ready I called again at 2 still not ready by 3pm I was not a happy camper I had a neighbor bring me to Ira I asked for Bruce and asked about my car which he told me they were just now doing the inspection. I said it was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE his reply was that they are a busy dealership. I had 2 appt for the afternoon which I had to cancel do to not having my car (a 2004 Prius), he just shrugged his shoulders. After almost 9HOURS I finally got my car, I had a coupon which when he gave me the paper work he said he gave me the discount BIG DEAL $31.32 for all this aggravation!!! I did have an appointment so doesn't that count or did they just park my car and work on it at their leisure?? This was the worst service we have ever received at Ira and oh we also own a 2010 Camry which was our 2nd Camry purchased there in April. Thank you maybe we should try Atlantic Toyota as we do like our Toyotas. PS another thought we were advised that the labor chg on the prius is $95.per hour the charge on the bill was 185.52 less than 2 hours why did it take 9 hours to get my car??? More

Instead of *subtracting* my $250 down payment, it was actually *ADDED* to my balance. Of course, in the excitement of buying a car, this was not noticed until weeks after the transaction. Not only that, but when my vehicle needed to be delivered, the salesperson asked to reschedule the appointment time because there was a mistake in scheduling my car to go in for the final detailing and he also had another car he needed to deliver farther up in NH. Since I had already taken the day out of work to meet him, I told him that wasn't possible... Especially since they had a week to get that all taken care of. When we met at the DMV, my vehicle was delivered without being detailed or buffing out the HUGE scratches on the bumpers like we agreed. I was not very pleased with my experience. More
