I am happy that I purchased a used car in this dealership after a week of long and tiring search. The sales person was so friendly and professionally provided with all necessary information that I needed. The sales manager also worked sincerely to get us to reach the best price. All paper works followed were not delayed a bit. To the sales person I pointed several spots on the exterior and those were completely dealt when I pick up the car just few hours later of the same day. When I went to IRA Toyota I was greeted by Ricky Arora; Ricky was a complete gentleman! He was polite, understanding and very helpful! i was referred to ira toyota danvers from ira nissan because i was not able to get finance thru nissan. which i already put the down payment for them. matt, the business manager call me and said "good n because i was not able to get finance thru nissan. which i already put the down payment for them. matt, the business manager call me and said "good news, you are approved for a toyota" which is awesome so i went down to them from lowell with the hope of getting a new car. me and my family arrived there and met with matt and ricky who show us a vehicle. when we sat down with matt, he told us our apr was 17, which is very high. so my family member with me offer to co sign the vehicle so it can help bring down the monthly payment. well then matt said the apr then would be 20! which just last week that was not what ira nissan had said. so we had left because it is not working out in price. so the following day ira toyota call my relative back and said they can get 3.9 apr for the car we had look at and i said great! so my relative went back to danvers and met with Dave, the finance manger. well dave said they can get the car within my price range. i went to danvers after work and was ready to buy the car. when it come time to sit down and do pricing it was no where near my budget range! it was well over that! dave was trying to sell us all these warranty on a camry. i thought toyota was a very reliable car, why do i need all these extra warranty? i left there very upset because they had told my uncle 1 thing and told me something completely different. so ricky, the salesperson call my uncle back and said that wherever we go, we can not get approve for a car. he threaten us! well i did get a brand new civic and my apr is at 11%. i felt that ira toyota danvers was not listening to me at all. they didnt care to listen to my budget. all ricky did was explain the car and keep saying how wonderful the car is. i had purchased many cars before but this dealership was the worst. they tried to rip us off!
