Had 8:00 am appointment for oil change and to change setting on my car. Took 3.5 hours and they didn't even change the setting. Wanted the fake engine noise that is piped in the cabin shut OFF. They sai setting on my car. Took 3.5 hours and they didn't even change the setting. Wanted the fake engine noise that is piped in the cabin shut OFF. They said it was a safety feature and couldn't do it. I specifically asked for Engine Sound Enhancement (ESE) to be turned off and they confused it with the pedestrian warning required for hybrids called Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System (AVAS). AVAS is outside the vehicle and I would not want that turned off. The fact that the dealer does not know their own product and no apology for a 3.5 hour wait on an oil change when I had an appointment is disappointing to say the least. More

Had an appointment for 11 AM. Die to having teo children with me stayed at deaership gor 4 and a half hrs.
