Ricky was excellent, he explained everything so I actually understood, took his time, he didn’t rush or persuade me to quickly buy a car or say anything like “If I was you I wouldn’t wait, you wont get a better deal anywhere else!” like other salesman do! I was very happy with the car I bought, and I was very happy I had Ricky’s help! More
i was referred to ira toyota danvers from ira nissan because i was not able to get finance thru nissan. which i already put the down payment for them. matt, the business manager call me and said "good n because i was not able to get finance thru nissan. which i already put the down payment for them. matt, the business manager call me and said "good news, you are approved for a toyota" which is awesome so i went down to them from lowell with the hope of getting a new car. me and my family arrived there and met with matt and ricky who show us a vehicle. when we sat down with matt, he told us our apr was 17, which is very high. so my family member with me offer to co sign the vehicle so it can help bring down the monthly payment. well then matt said the apr then would be 20! which just last week that was not what ira nissan had said. so we had left because it is not working out in price. so the following day ira toyota call my relative back and said they can get 3.9 apr for the car we had look at and i said great! so my relative went back to danvers and met with Dave, the finance manger. well dave said they can get the car within my price range. i went to danvers after work and was ready to buy the car. when it come time to sit down and do pricing it was no where near my budget range! it was well over that! dave was trying to sell us all these warranty on a camry. i thought toyota was a very reliable car, why do i need all these extra warranty? i left there very upset because they had told my uncle 1 thing and told me something completely different. so ricky, the salesperson call my uncle back and said that wherever we go, we can not get approve for a car. he threaten us! well i did get a brand new civic and my apr is at 11%. i felt that ira toyota danvers was not listening to me at all. they didnt care to listen to my budget. all ricky did was explain the car and keep saying how wonderful the car is. i had purchased many cars before but this dealership was the worst. they tried to rip us off! I was highly impressed with everyone we worked with at IRA Toyota in Danvers. The first person to greet us was Ricky. He immediately sat us down and listened to what our needs were. He didn't try to se IRA Toyota in Danvers. The first person to greet us was Ricky. He immediately sat us down and listened to what our needs were. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, he got us exactly what we wanted, without the run around. Both he and Louis answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Even the finance process was stress free. Melissa went over everything in detail and also answered our questions. The day of delivery Ricky throughly went over the vehicle and gave us a tour of the service department. I would highly recommend IRA Toyota to anyone. Like many people I dread the whole car buying process. IRA Toyota turned this around for me. I will be sure to recommend IRA and their highly qualified staff. Thank you! I love my new highlander!! More

went there for a oil change after about two hours one of the techs came into get me to say they smashed the front end of my car pulling out of the garage. they wanted to just repaint the bumper instead of r the techs came into get me to say they smashed the front end of my car pulling out of the garage. they wanted to just repaint the bumper instead of replaceing the cracked bumper i had to yell and scream in there dealership before they would replace the bumper.they took two weeks to repair the car they gave me a gas guzzling rental which they said i couldnt put my dog in. this dealership sucks do not trust them they have too many young kids working as techs and if they see a sports car they want to race it out of there and smash it up More
I went in to the dealership with the hope of trading in my car for a new Prius. I wasn't sure if this was possible and I also had in mind the Yaris. These two cars are obviously in two different prices r my car for a new Prius. I wasn't sure if this was possible and I also had in mind the Yaris. These two cars are obviously in two different prices ranges. Ricky was my salesperson and he was not at all pressuring me in to either car or in to a sale. He was very patient as I thought about the options in front me. He presented my financing options and gave my partner and I a few minutes to talk alone. In the end, we ended up trading in my car for the Prius. Additionally, Mike the business person who handled our paperwork, was really nice and informative about the extended warranties and why we should opt in or out of them. Again, I feel as though both Ricky and Mike were super friendly, informative and not pressure sales people and this is why I would return back to them. More
This is my first Toyota purchase and the "car buying" experience was excellent. We dealt directly with a sales manager on the pricing rather than waiting for the sales person to run back and forth durin experience was excellent. We dealt directly with a sales manager on the pricing rather than waiting for the sales person to run back and forth during the negotiation process (which has been my experience with Honda). Our sales person was Ricky Arora who brings customer service to a new level. Ricky was very professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable of the Toyota products. The sales manager, Lewis, was very reasonable to work with. In addition, Lewis was also very professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. I told Lewis throughout the process that they had earned a customer for life based on how well the overall process went. We also purchased a new car for my wife because she was so pleased with the available options in the Toyota products and Ricky was very helpful in her decision making process. Finally, Melissa was the business/finance manager we dealt with who was fantastic. I would highly recommend IRA Toyota in Danvers on route 114. More
