He was very understanding of my budget, and worked diligently. He was very personable and pleasure to work with. I hope to do business with Aiman and Toyota again in 2 years when I return my lease and get another Toyota. The whole team made my experience very pleasurable and I will be sure to recommend IRA Toyota to everyone. More

Few days later I walked into the used car sales where I met Leo Araujo (sales advisor), from the get go he welcomed me to the shop and asked me what was I was looking for. Once I explained to him that I was interested in seeing the available Toyota Sienna, Leo took me to their inventory and I liked couple of the vans (low milage and looked clean) and I test drove them. The first one I tested had leather seats (good for me) but I noticed cosmetically it wasn't as good as the second Sienna which was extremely clean (previous owner took care of it). So I decided to buy the second cleaner van. Leo was honest about the price of the car, we agreed on a price and made a deal. Soon Leo started the process of making sure the all the paper works are done so I can drive the car home that same day. Leo delivered his promise and I was able to take the car home at the early evening of that same day! I had to come back the following day for inspection sticker. I love the 2012 Toyota Sienna LE I bought with 22K miles. My overall experience was good, I recommend IRA Toyota. Like wise I recommend Leo, he's knowledgeable and will make sure that you find what you're looking for without pressuring you into something you don't want. The key is that you have to know what car fits you and do your homework before you go to any dealer. More

truck damaged while in for oil change Review of Paulo Dineen, Lorraine Obrien, Kathy Kidik Our truck was damaged while it was there getting an oil change and inspection sticker and their Review of Paulo Dineen, Lorraine Obrien, Kathy Kidik Our truck was damaged while it was there getting an oil change and inspection sticker and their response to our issue was rude and un helpful. Paul Dineen actually said he would be right back and sent someone else to tell us they are not taking responsibility for the damage. Before noticing the damage when we got home we were made to wait for almost 4 hours and missed a doctors appointment. They told us it would take an hour and a half and at most an hour and 45 minutes. Almost 4 hours later we had to to push to get any attention as to why the truck was not finished yet. The wait and the rudeness was bad enough to never go back but then to find the damage in the new truck that hardly gets used and to be spoken down to by both Lorraine Obrien and Kathy Kidik, we were left stunned and very upset. We told Kathy that we would notify corporate and she said go head, we are not taking responsibility for the damage. Review Of Ira Toyota Irene P More
Very disappointed IRA is a well known name and I have always believed it to be a decent dealership. Our salesman was on us before we even got out of our car. Everything IRA is a well known name and I have always believed it to be a decent dealership. Our salesman was on us before we even got out of our car. Everything we saw was way over priced and had high mialege. Our sales man complained about his feet and only wanted to sit at his desk and lecture us on how if we see the right car we should buy it and not to shop until we are at that point. We told him various times we were willing to pay cash for a car right then and there if he shows us the right one. The list of cars I printed from their website that morning was no help either. The price on the only car (of 4) that was there was higher at the dealership and he couldn't show me the car because "the keys are lost" and the other three were MIA according to him. Maybe another salesman would have been able to make it happen, but I won't be going back there anymore and would not recommend it. More
Average Experience - Do not expect too much from here. I purchased a used Toyota from this dealership. The experience I had was average, if not below average. I first walked into the dealership, trying I purchased a used Toyota from this dealership. The experience I had was average, if not below average. I first walked into the dealership, trying to purchase something I saw on their internet inventory - very low millage and way below the average price. I even made an appointment to test drive the car that day, only to find out that the car is actually in shop and also somebody put a deposit down for the car last night so it's not available. I do not believe this and I think the car never existed. But that's okay, if it's too good be true, it's too good to be true. And this was an expected "bait and switch" gimmick for car dealers like them. Since the car was not available, the sales guy showed me other cars. He was okay. He did his job fine and was knowledgeable about cars. He did not have an excellent customer service or anything, but he didn't push me into buying something I didn't want either. So after looking at other inventories, I actually found something that works for me. So I decided to purchased a car. I knew getting me into buying other car was probably something they were trying to do from the first place, and the car was beyond my budget. But the price was not too bad compared to other dealers, and they offered me 1.9% loan, so it was a fair deal overall. The worst experience definitely comes from the finance manager. These guys are very persistent into selling customers an extended warranty. My guy tried to talk me into buying this $2600 peace of mind for about 2 hours, giving me many discounts and telling me over and over how I'm stupid not to get this "hot deal". It's a tell-tell sign that it's not worth it for customers if they are pushing it so hard. Since if it's really worth it and would save everyone tons of money like they say, they probably won't be trying to push it so hard. It was hard to shake off this shady deal from the finance manager, but I ended up getting a reliable Toyota with a fair price and that's not so bad. I do not recommend this dealership according to the experience I had. But if you want Toyota and live close by like me, maybe it's okay to visit here. But If you go, don't expect anything exceptional and be careful with their tricks and gimmicks. Also, expect to spend a good amount of time there as their internet inventory is not always true and you would actually have to check the inventory in person. I recommend Honda Gallery in Wakefield. Their customer service is fantastic and they don't work with commission so there's no pushing there. More
Love my new Camry I just bought a new Camry & I'm in love. When I first visited Ira I had a bit of an issue with not being able to take advantage of an ad I heard. Aime I just bought a new Camry & I'm in love. When I first visited Ira I had a bit of an issue with not being able to take advantage of an ad I heard. Aimen did his best to resolve and improve my experience at Ira. He got me the exact car and color that I wanted & helped me workout a good deal. The finance guys are also great!! They stayed late with me in order to finish up my paperwork which was greatly appreciated. The customer service at Ira is also beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Ira's service department has, in my opinion, some dubious practices. Here are the facts regarding my experiences: 2003 Highlander - water pump blew while under warranty. When repaired, the timin dubious practices. Here are the facts regarding my experiences: 2003 Highlander - water pump blew while under warranty. When repaired, the timing belt was also replaced, which is apparently proper and normal procedure. When I brought it back for the next scheduled service, was told it needed a new timing belt. Once I questioned, they checked their records and realized they had already done it. 2010 Venza - replaced my windshield wipers while on vacation. Brought the car in for its next scheduled service a short time later, and was told I needed new wipers. Told them I just replaced them, and they said the technician said they were streaking. I suggested they check again. Surprisingly, it turned out I didn't need new wipers. Rather "something" was just stuck on the blade. 2010 Venza - called for an oil change (they were running a special). Told the person who booked the appointment to note that I would not be buying anything else so don't try to sell me anything. Brought the car in and met with Ludlow. He told me I was overdue for the 30,000 mile service (which I am). Told him I wouldn't be doing it that day. He then ran down all the things included in that service (which included air filters) and asked what I wanted to do. I said I wanted an oil change. I went to the waiting room. He came to see me and told me that the engine and cabin air filters were dirty and what did I want to do. Having already had this conversation once, I surprisingly didn't change my mind--just an oil change please. He then said I had a nail in my tire and that it was too close to the side wall to repair and it would be $230 for a new tire. The technician felt it wouldn't be safe to repair. Ludlow said I had a good 5,000 to 10,000 miles left on the tires. I told him not to touch it, paid for my oil change, and left. I subsequently went to a tire place where they told me the nail was close to the center of the tire and easily and safely repairable at the cost of $30 and some change so of course, I opted for the repair. Moral of the story--three times Ira's service department tried to sell me something I didn't need, which is three times too many for me. That being said, should the repaired tire blow out, I will be back to say Ira was right. However, I don't anticipate that happening. I would not recommend using their service department. More
Best dealership around. Aiman was helpful, patient, caring, and knew that it was a big decision and purchase. He took the time to really help me make the right decision and feel great about it.
