Not what it used to be. I’ve bought many cars from this dealership over the years and my most recent purchase has changed my opinion completely. Sales process was painful and riddled with misinformation, delays, and somewhat unscrupulous sales practices. Service department is completely overwhelmed by volume of cars. 2 hours to get tires rotated with an early morning appointment. When I arrived at my last appointment, they told me it would be several hours before they could even take the car in! Lastly, the quality of Toyota is just not the same. Lots of plastic, squeaks, wind noise, etc.. It’s really too bad. Have loved Toyota and its quality for many years, but it seems it’s time to move on. More
