It's unbelievable to me that, in this economy, people could be so lazy and/or apathetic when a prospective customer walks in the door. Unfortunately, the sales staff and management couldn't be bothered to come see us or assess our needs. Despite the receptionist's requests for a salesperson, we stood around the showroom for close to 30 minutes, with several reps walking by and not bothering to say word one to us. There was a small room off to the side where all the sales staff appeared to be either having a meeting or just hanging out. Needless to say, we left once it became clear that nobody was going to work with us. How you guys stay in business with this soft of attitude, I have no idea.... More
