I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly my service appointment at Ira Toyota went. I usually bring my car elsewhere for service, but I had a recall issue that needed to be handled at the dealership, s appointment at Ira Toyota went. I usually bring my car elsewhere for service, but I had a recall issue that needed to be handled at the dealership, so I scheduled that to be done, plus an oil change and routine multi-point inspection. I was leery of being pressured with suggestions for additional services based on the age and mileage of my car, as this had been my experience before at various dealerships over the years, but service advisor Rick Harper was very respectful of my choices, not only that I typically get my car serviced elsewhere, but also that I didn’t want anything else done that day. He did explain to me a service “deal” from Toyota corporate (as opposed to Ira Toyota specifically), which I’m guessing he is required to present to all customers, but he did not pressure me at all about it when I declined the offer. When the technician was done working on my car, I was relieved that Rick did not show me a list of unexpected and expensive repairs that “needed” (in their words) to be done—again, an experience I’d had elsewhere. All was fine, with no surprises on the cost, so off I went, a happy customer. More

I had such a great experience buying a car from IRA Toyota. They had lots of cars in stock with competitive pricing. Concerns dont matter. Expectations not met. I went for 3 things. Oil change, sticker, and to look at my whipers because one was loose. My car was driving smoothly othe Expectations not met. I left 4 and 1/2 hours later and $420 in the hole after being sold an alignment, brake fluid flush, and a car driving like crap. I brought it back 2 days later to give them a chance to fix it instead of leaving a bad review. After another 4 hours they said they put my tires back and realigned it but it was even worse. When i turned around to tell them it wasnt fixed, i was told i needed new tires(only 20k miles on them). Once i argued that, i said i wanted to be refunded for the allignment i cearly didnt need. They told me i needed to come back again when someone qualified to look at my car would be there to actually fix it which is rediculous. Someone should always be there. Not only that a couple days later in a snow storm my whiper broke off so clearly they didnt even look at that either. I will not be going back to have them doing anything. More
