I've been going to this dealership for a while now and the service time is terrible. Just finished the service and state inspection, told about 2 hours but it took 3 hours. Every time I've gone I've been told 2 hours but it has never been that, almost always at least 3 hours (or more). I've even got my car back with trash in it from the service people. My wifes Hyundai full service takes 1 hour. Maybe it's time to find a new dealership or a new car brand. I'm fed up of wasting so much of my time at this dealership. More
