Denise Breen didnt meet the expectations I’ve been experiencing in the past 15 years. 1. She didn’t check in with me when inspection was done and some items needed my attention. I did it through tex experiencing in the past 15 years. 1. She didn’t check in with me when inspection was done and some items needed my attention. I did it through text and website by myself without any explanation. 2. She didn’t notify me when the parts were not available. I was told to come back again the next day when I paid, without any inquiry of my availability. 3. My availability of appointment was ignored. She said the earliest is 10:40, I said I can be here at 11, and she booked 10:40 anyway. 4. I was in the waiting room 6 hours for two consecutive days, not once she set her foot to come notify me if my car was ready. I have been going to Danvers Toyota for the past 15 years. Both me and my husband’s cars maintenance here, and two of my cars were purchased here. I’ve had some bad experiences with advisors, this is the worst. I am very disappointed about the service I received this time. More

Bruce Brewer in the Service Department is the BEST Service Rep I have ever dealt with at *any* dealership, not just IRA Toyota. Customer Service = 10 out of 10! I brought my car in for a noise in the right front tire when I go over bumps. Was told it is the actuator in the ABS system. It’s not acceptable. On a brand new car I should not have to listen to scraping when I go over bumps. Was told it is the actuator in the ABS system. It’s not acceptable.
