About 4 months ago , our 2021 Venza had a knocking. in the front. Service claimed nothing was wrong. Service appt , we mentioned that knock was still evident. Angel, my service writer was awesome and was able to process my wheel and tire claim in a timely manner! The service department outside of Angel, I would not recommend. Can’t be trusted to perform a simple mount and balance 1 tire. 1. All the wheel weights fell off of the wheel by the time I got home. 2. 3 out of 5 lug nuts were loose and 2 were torqued way beyond factory specifications. 3. Tire was installed inside out. Meaning the tire had (outside) and (inside) marked on the tire and the technician installed them incorrectly. Outside of this technician being incapable of such a simple repair, I would never bring my vehicles back here unless it is for warranty/recall purposes. More
