Not what it used to be. I’ve bought many cars from this dealership over the years and my most recent purchase has changed my opinion completely. Sales process was painful an I’ve bought many cars from this dealership over the years and my most recent purchase has changed my opinion completely. Sales process was painful and riddled with misinformation, delays, and somewhat unscrupulous sales practices. Service department is completely overwhelmed by volume of cars. 2 hours to get tires rotated with an early morning appointment. When I arrived at my last appointment, they told me it would be several hours before they could even take the car in! Lastly, the quality of Toyota is just not the same. Lots of plastic, squeaks, wind noise, etc.. It’s really too bad. Have loved Toyota and its quality for many years, but it seems it’s time to move on. More

I can’t recommend Ernst (my Sales Associate) enough. He is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. After I made my final purchase and found there was still a lingering issue with my car that hadn’t been addressed, I informed Ernst and he immediately went to bat for me. With no additional expense, he resolved the issue and my car now looks as good as new. My finance manager, Jesse Martinez, was also extremely helpful in bringing my car back to the dealership and getting it serviced. He gave me clear and informative advice when I went about choosing my warrantee plan for my vehicle. More
