No I am not satisfied. I was hopeful when I got a call from you wanting to make things right. I was actually really impressed. However the conversation ended with the computer system being down so you couldn’t look something up but you would call me back to talk to me about a credit to my account. That was Monday. There has been no call back. They’ve used “the computer system being down” on my husband before as an excuse when they put the wrong tire on his car. Can’t trust anything that anyone says there. So no, there will be no next visit.
