Worst service experience ever! Made appointment to have Infoentertainment system checked because of incessant message flashing. I made sure to explain the situation to my service g Made appointment to have Infoentertainment system checked because of incessant message flashing. I made sure to explain the situation to my service guy on the phone and secured an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early at 9:45 am and reminded him that he’d quoted me 1/2 to 1 hour time. I was informed it would likely be one hour and a half. I made an important request- do not move seat or steering wheel settings - I’d already put the seat back for transport man to fit in. So I went in to wait. After an hour and a half I checked with my man. They had not even looked at my car! They were waiting for a registered technician to assess the situation. Why was there not that person right there in the first place? Who knows! I called home and went back to my guy and asked for my car back. Had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes - the shop is somewhere far away apparently. And you guessed it- the seat and steering wheel had been moved! Every single thing about this experience was infuriating. I am shopping for another Dealership to take my car period!! They’ve lost my business sorry to say. And did anyone reach out and apologize? No not one. More
