Rather, I was instructed to take it over to the collision center without an appointment and see if they would look at it. I didn’t not do this as it didn’t seem like the proper protocol. There is also a small scratch on the rear bumper which I hadn’t noticed before service. I hand was my car resells so I am aware of all imperfections. I believe this happened during the service. More

Every time I need help to figure out something on my car, I stop by on a rainy day and some sweet salesperson helps this old gal to fix it. The last time I made an appointment to bring my car in for an oil I stop by on a rainy day and some sweet salesperson helps this old gal to fix it.
