Cost of service at dealership was more than price quoted when I phone called. It was only lucky that I noticed! After some hassle Ira charged the phone quoted price, but I had to argue! I bought 4 new Camrys in the last 6 years! It should NOT be up to the vigilance of customers to get fair treatment from Ira Toyota! This kind of duplicity has happened to me before at Ira Toyota Service!! I honestly think that they are trying to fool their customers to make unfair profits! If you are an Ira Toyota Service customer, please check and double-check what they tell you! They want your money, and they are not on your side!! More
Prices are fair, especially if you take advantage of deals emailed or sent by text. Wait time can be long, but there's a lounge with TV's, free Kourig machine for custom coffees (latte's, cappuccino, es deals emailed or sent by text. There is usually the sell up for additional work and services, although never a hard sell unless something really needs attention. I've been here for services maybe 8-9 times. Low rating is due to the time I arrived at my 4pm scheduled service and appointment and everyone in the entire room ignore me. They all walked past me and wouldn’t even make eye contact. I finally had to approach one of the reps for them to help me out. I felt this was unprofessional and unfriendly compared to previous times I’ve been. If you don’t want to schedule a 4pm appointment then remove it from your scheduling list. This was a convenient time for me as I’m heading out of work early. More
I’ve always had a great experience with their service department; except for the last time. Work was done complete only my Highlander was returned filthy. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change I had an appointment at 1:20 and the job wasn’t finished until 3:05 pm. The sales person tried to sell me a battery and a tire rotation after I insisted I was appointment at 1:20 and the job wasn’t finished until 3:05 pm. The sales person tried to sell me a battery and a tire rotation after I insisted I was only there for an oil change. I will no longer be bringing my car to this Toyota dealership.
