IRA Toyota had special for oil change and battery replaced, he gave me a hard time to use both specials, he told me I can use only one special not both. When I told him let me talk to the manager, he decided I can use both specials. At the end I had a $25.00 dollar coupon I receive every month from ira Toyota, he said I can’t use it. As a customer I don’t want to deal with that advisor anymore More
