As noted many team members have worked to resolve this matter. ***UPDATE (1/18/24)*** Ira Toyota Thank You for your response. However, the "great solution" of a new RAV only happened after I returned to the dealership 2 days later due to a locked steering wheel, towing it to your facilities and my frustrations boiling over. I do appreciate the top-tier treatment that you have given me since then, but it's evident that it was prompted by all of this and my public review. All because you couldn't honor the original deal that I signed. Hopefully, future customers receive better service, but I've learned my lesson.
